The instructor is excellent and the moves were easily performed within a minimum of space and to great effect in restoring physical and mental alertness. The organization and pacing is perfect for the office setting, since one can pick and choose which exercises to do and how much time to spend doing them. This CD is truly an asset to office staff and should be made available to them. In fact, it’s a fine alternative to anyone with limited time and exercise options.
